Rushing from shopping to wrapping to baking to entertaining... {notice how I didn't include cooking, because that's the husband's job} you don't have much time to think of anything else.
But then you sit after the holidays have ended. Perhaps a little tired, and feeling that post-holiday down time to the nth degree. Holiday dishes to put away, remnants of toy packaging littering the floor and thoughts of the other life responsibilities that come to mind.

The thing is, it seems the tiredness of the holidays makes it harder to be in the present. Easier to 'space out', spend time on Facebook and lose track of goals.
My goal for the rest of the week is to reverse that practice, and be in the present. Spend my time being productive, being with my family and taking part in my passion: writing. Focusing on the most important things. The golf balls.
